A number of different alternatives were developed to optimize the different architectural and structural layers of this building: e.g. position of elevator, staircases, entries, columns, parking areas, voids, division of units, interior layout of spaces in each unit (in regard with access, view, daylight) , etc.
Below the final alternative is presented and analyzed.
